Sunday Bushcraft for 5-16s
Learn new skills ... spend time with friends
Our Sunday Bushcraft sessions for children are designed to inspire young people and share skills, as well as providing a safe, inviting and relaxed space to socialise and bond with their peers.
Our learner-led approach places choice at the centre of our ethos... supported by our friendly, experienced and qualified Staff, children and young people at Sunday Bushcraft may choose to learn and develop skills such as firelighting, tool use, water sourcing, plant and tree identification, green woodwork, archery, whittling, knife skills, shelter building, ropes and campfire cooking.
Plus there's all the features of our regular Forest School sessions, with plenty of time to investigate the swinging, climbing, digging and exploring opportunities of our beautiful woodland site.
Suitable for ages 5-16: differentiated activities and our high adult:child ratio allows children of differing ages and interests to fully benefit from and enjoy their time with us.
We support our participants and work alongside them, building upon their strengths and interests to develop their confidence, resilience, independence and self-esteem.
