Out There Forest School
You will find Out There Forest School set within our beautiful 6 acre ancient woodland just outside Attleborough, Norfolk.
Out There Forest School is a safe, private setting, with the benefit of also being within easy reach of the A11 - just 2 miles from Attleborough, 11 miles from Watton, 14 miles from Dereham and Thetford and 17 miles from Norwich and Eye.
At Out There Forest School, our relaxed, learner-led sessions give children time and space to connect with nature, to explore, learn, grow and play in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Younger children might choose to cook up a storm in the mud kitchen, hunt for minibeasts, create a masterpiece with nature crafts, run, swing, pull, hang, climb... learning and developing fine and gross motor skills, social skills and emotional literacy whilst having amazing fun!
Older children may choose to learn new skills - firelighting, natural crafts, tool work, bushcraft, ropes, tree and plant identification, cooking - join in games, embark on projects, or choose to take time to relax, connect, swing in a hammock or gaze into the fire ... or anything in between!
Freedom and choice is at the heart of our ethos, and with experienced, passionate, nurturing staff on hand to support their journeys, your children will flourish during their time in the woods.
