Transferable skills ... real life learning

Schools

Forest School is for all, and supports all learning styles - often children who may struggle in a classroom environment blossom when learning outdoors, and are able to transfer skills and strategies learnt at Forest School back into the classroom. Forest School promotes all aspects of children's development.  From the development of fine and gross motor skills, physical activity and supported risk-taking, to building confidence, independance and resilience, to expanding social skills, collaberative working and emotional literacy, to connecting with nature and the natural environment, Forest School gives children the opportunity to learn and develop at their own pace, in their own way.

Packages for Schools

Forest School Programmes

At your School, at our site or a mixture of both ...

Our Schools programmes offer sessions run on the same day each week, to foster a sense of routine and community.  Our Staff use careful observation and planning to tailor the content of the next session to the interests, needs and learning styles of each particular group.  The long term process gives children the opportunity to build upon their learning and experiences in previous sessions, developing confidence and resilience.

We offer Forest School programmes to fit with your curriculum, topic or Key Stage needs, over a minimum period of 6 weeks.  We provide all session equipment, resources and DBS cleared Staff to meet our ratios. We can run sessions at your school, at our beautiful, private 6 acre wood near Attleborough, or a mixture of both.

We'd love to hear from you! Get in touch for a personalised quote, or to discuss your requirements.
